Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
  • Condition Requirement: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories and design nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Decorative Accents (due to their artistic and custom nature)
  • Personal Care Items from Bath Accessories category
  • Opened or used Bath Storage products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products missing original tags or packaging

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective items)
  • Return shipping address
  • Detailed packing instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

  • Include all original packaging and materials
  • Place the return authorization number visibly on the package
  • Use the provided shipping label or ship to our address

Step 4: Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund issued to your original payment method
  • Exchange items shipped within 1-2 business days after return processing

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after return processing
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return processing
  • Refund Method: Original payment method only
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges to a different product:
